Since our birth until our death we are obliged to live happy, or at least show it in front of society. In fact, the truth about feelings don’t matter anymore and when we lay in bed the meaning of happiness is just a distance remembrance.
It is right to say that the technology helps all of us.

You can make many things without leaving home. And if these practicalities aren’t enough this connection gave us the thing that all human want, power. With only one single click the whole world is in your hand, there isn’t wall that can stop you if you have it. Minute by minute the gossips, notices, business, and much more are updated and I’m sure that you don’t want to be out.

But there are so many information and we entered in a crazy routine. We ask ‘’How are you?’’ just for a simple habit, talk looking eye to eye is almost impossible, with one simple comment on Facebook you can increase someone’s life or you can destroy it. Within this virtual world we can meet people from all countries and show ourselves as the perfect model but actually we don’t even know the person on our side. The ages pass and people became islands. When we realized we’re sinking and instead of talk we chose do it alone. Maybe because we think that the people will judge us or we keep it, although donates, because we must be pretty all the time, have the best relationship, be self-sufficient twenty for seven, and the most important is never, never show your weakness.

Stop killing yourself suffering alone, stop killing people spreading gossips about them and stop killing people closing your eyes to their suffering. There isn’t shame to say that you need help, you’re not stronger by bullying others and you’re not weaker when you care about someone, don’t be an island! We’re all different and that is awesome, we’re all able to help each other and that is powerful. There can exist millions of reasons for a person to give up but you can be a reason why she doesn’t. Close your eyes and imagine the perfect world, act with love and it will become. (New Jersey April 2017)
