Named the “Lebanese King of Comedy”, California based NEMR will perform his comic talents on Saturday, June 11th at 7pm. Armed with great repertory that transcends borders and barriers, the stand-up comedy artist has performed to sold-out shows all around Europe, Middle East and the United States as well. Tickets $39-$79.
@The Theater Songs of Leonard Bernstein
On Friday, June 17th at 7:30pm, “Celebrating the Theater Songs of Leonard Bernstein” will gather theater insider Ted Chapin, Jazz Pianist Bill Charlap and His Trio, and Author Jamie Bernstein on stage for an insightful and deeply personal look at the iconic composer, author, conductor and humanitarian. Hosted by Chapin, the evening will have Jamie Bernstein disclosing some curiosities about her father’s complex personality, sharing childhood memories and self-experiences, extracting material from her book, “Famous Father Girl: A Memoir of Growing Up Bernstein”, while piano virtuoso Charlap and Trio will perform Bernstein’s hits such as “America”, “Lucky To Be Me”, and “Cool”. Tickets $59-$69.
@Earthquake’s Father’s Day Comedy Show
On Sunday, June 19th at 7pm, the traditional Annual Comedy Show Earthquake’s Father’s Day will offer audiences the best and most innovative in comedic scripts and jokes led by Earthquake himself, who can also be seen in Dave Chapelle’s NetFlix show. A night of hilarious stories and uncensored laughs, the show will feature a sensational line-up of stand-up stars including Comedy Central’s cast member Donnell Rawlings, Newark-born and “Any Given Sunday”-star Bill Bellamy, and Instagram’s Queen of Comedy Jessica “Jess Hilarious” Moore, and other surprise guests. Tickets: $50-$100.
Living legend Johnny Mathis is set to revive the romantic golden feeling ove the audiences with a fabulous, glitteringly enchanting show on Friday June 24th at 8pm. Internationally-known as “The Voice of Romance”, Mathis is Columbia Records’ longest-signed artist, and is celebrating 65 years in the music entertainment industry. Collecting top-chart hits throughout his career such as “It’s Not For Me To Say” and “Misty”, among other irresistible soft-dancing, heart-melting romantic ballads, Mathis will be joined by a very special guest, the acclaimed musician and comedian, Gary Mule Deer. Tickets $39-$125.
Considered the most powerful voice in American pop and soul music, iconic star Patti LaBelle continues to be a strong, independent and devoted singer/performer. At the age of 78, LaBelle has an irresistible presence on stage, giving herself entirely with total control of a fully entertaining and glamorous musical event. This true artist, Grammy winner and legendary hit-maker, will certainly bring the house down on Saturday, June 25th at 8pm joined by Special Guest Will Downing. Tickets $59-$149.
