After becoming one of YouTube’s most successful quartets, The Piano Guys climbed all the way to the top of the Billboard charts with their unique and elegant blend of classical, pop and New Age. Famous for their mash-ups of the greatest worldwide rock/pop hits, and for their uplifting sense of humor, the acclaimed pianists Jon Schmidt, Steven Sharp Nelson, Paul Anderson and Al van der Beek will bring their latest show, an immersive experience with repertory from their album “Limitless” to the stage of NJPAC, 1 Center Street, Newark. Considered one of the most influential composers in Bossa Nova, Pop and Brazilian Jazz, Marcos Valle is set to perform at the iconic Jazz House, Birdland (315 West 44th Street, Manhattan). He will perform 2-sets every night, on September 13-15 at 7pm and 9pm and September 16-17 at 8:30pm and 10:30pm. The multi-talented musician is well known worldwide, especially after having his songs recorded by acclaimed artists such as Jay-Z, Diana Krall, Sarah Vaughan, Oscar Peterson and Sergio Mendes to name only a few. He will be joined on stage by the great singer Paula Morelenbaum, a former member of the JOBIM band, who has performed alongside prominent Pianist Ryuichi Sakamoto. Straight out of the Fox News, Comedian partners Kat Timpf & Tyrus are coming to NJPAC in Newark for a one-night exclusive show on Friday, September 23rd at 7pm. The irreverent collaboration can be seen on Fox News, including their late-night show GUTFELD! and their hilarious radio and podcast shows. During this evening, the duo will interact with the audience immersing them in an outrageously funny conversation addressing current topics in America and in the world, as well as an explanation on Tyrus’s New York Times’ best-selling biography “Just Tyrus: A Memoir”.
